Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This article used the MTT method and the single cell gel electrophoresis to study the transformation of formaldehyde in Hela cells and the comparison of methanol, formaldehyde, formic acid, acetaldehyde effected on Hela cells. The experiment used 125 umol/L concentration of these four materials to poison hela cells for an hour. The results of MTT showed that the toxicity of these four substances on the activity of hela cells in decreasing was formaldehyde, formic acid, methanol, acetaldehyde. And from the single cell gel electrophoresis we could know that DNA damage of these four substances in creasing was formaldehyde, formic acid, methanol, acetaldehyde.
