  • Abstract
    The dry mortar production line generally adopts a top-down layout. It results in the material dropping error in the process of batching, which is difficult to ensure the accuracy of batching. Moreover, there are nonlinear, large time delay, strong coupling and other features in the dry mortar batching system. It is hard to meet requirement by PID control, so a fuzzy PID controller is proposed to control the motor of spiral feeder with the help of workers´ experience. According to the simulation on Matlab, the dynamic performance is obviously improved, compared to PID control. Finally, grounded on practical application, it is shown that the accuracy of dry mortar batching is greatly enhanced.
