Abstract :
The author shows how SS7 networks can be used to support mobile communications services and networks. Mobile communications services include cellular radio services and personal communications services (PCS). In particular, the authors address various interconnect architectures and mobile communications service functions with the objective of analyzing potential impacts on the SS7 networks
