Abstract
This paper gives out an optimization model of the electric network planning problem; introduces a hybrid algorithm (The Ant Colony-Simulated Annealing Algorithm) which integrates the probability acceptance criteria of the Simulated Annealing Algorithm with the parallel search process of the Ant Colony System. Test results show that this algorithm can reach the global optimum point with a high rate of convergence speed and implement the planning of electric networks effectively.
