Abstract
In this paper we describe the implementation in SystemC of a scalable and parametrical network on chip (NoC). The NoC, with a mesh topology and wormhole routing, is formed of resources and routers connected by channels. Each router is connected to four neighbours´ routers through input and output channels. The channels of the routers have a data bus and two control signals to let a communication based on handshake. A wrapper establishes the communication between the resource and its environment converting the messages into a format appropriated for the NoC. The information is packed to be able to circulate through the NoC and it is unpacked when it arrives to the destination
