Abstract :
In order to improve efficiency of Si solar cell, surface texturing is absolutely imperative structure to reduce the reflection loss of the surface of the solar cell. In this study, we evaluated the light of nanoimprinted-textured structure on the cell performances using two-dimensional device simulation. We chose ZnO and ZrO2 as a material of the nanoimprinted-textured structure. Our calculation revealed that the nanoimprinted-texture with ZrO2 produced relatively high efficiency, despite a simple printing process for the texturing method.
