  • Abstract
    The paper deals with measurement of a) electrical parameters (V-I characteristic, C-V characteristic, impedance measurements, dynamics of sensor response, parameter stability); b) interaction of sensor with reducing gases (dc- and ac- sensitivity, selectivity); c) influence of temperature to sensor parameters; d) influence of UV-VIS radiation to dc-, ac-sensitivity and selectivity of chemical gas sensors.
