Purpose: To learn about the students´ nutritional status in West College and offer reference for integrated control job of malnutrition and overnutrition. Methods: Using the WHO recommended standard-weight-method to analysis the current nutrition situation of students´ in western region. Results: the mount of students with well nutrition is 61.7% of total, malnutrition is 23.3% and overnutrition is 14.9% the rate of malnutrition of boys´ is higher than girls´ but overnutrition is on the contrary. Conclusions: malnutrition and overnutrition is co exist in Western region College students, based on this healthy education should be strengthened, healthy recipes should be taken to intervene in such situation.
