Abstract :
Based on the data obtained from geological survey, hydrogeological survey and layout of boreholes, the fluorine pollution mechanism of tailing pond is studied through hydrochemical analyses, the laboratory leaching tests, field dispersion tests and numerical simulation. The leaching tests reveals that the tailing sand has the capability of absorbing the exchangeable fluoride for the tailing sand contain reasonable quantity clay particles. Under the the process of raining, the fluorine in the tailing sand may be leached and desorbed through the infiltration of the rainwater, thus the fluorine pollution happens. According to the field dipersion tests, the concerned parameters are obtained, and the longitudinal dispersion is nearly twenty meters, it implies the auqifer has the good migration to transfer the solute such as fluorine. Finally, the tranfer and transformation numerical model of fluorine pollution in subsurface aquifer is built up to predict the trendency of fluorine pollution.
