According to the characteristics of Jiu Dian Xia CFRD, the determination of the key problem of deformation is solved by Limit State Method. The concept of dynamic safety monitoring indicators of dam deformation and joint deformation is proposed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of influences of water pressure, temperature and aging, seven-parameter visco-elasto-plastic model, variable parameters is used to determinate the dynamic safety monitoring indicators of dam deformation, joint deformation with time, and the deformation of dam in limit state, thus the first and the second safety early-warning indicator of Jiu Dian Xia CFRD are established. Compared with ordinary monitoring indicators, it owns better of real-time property and more accurate early warning system.
