Abstract :
The linear constrained minimum variance(LCMV) beam former is proposed when there are main lobe interference and other interferences in adaptive beam forming. Generalized side lobe canceller is equivalent to achieve a LCMV structure with the blocking matrix, which is an important part of it. This paper propose a new dimension reduction matrix blocking theory basing on the defects of the general block. Simulation results show that the method can effectively eliminate the main lobe interference, not only reduces the amount of computation, but also has good robustness.
