Abstract :
The country planning is the blueprint and the Management basis of country construction development. It plays a important role in building energy conservation. The article presents that using ECTOTECT software to simulate the thermal environment of planning the village community, by the analysis of the simulated results, in each stages of planning, combined with the local climate, the sensible layouts, the utilization of water resources, and the ventilation policy to ameliorate the residential area microenvironment. The article to authenticate that the methods witch before planning and implementation in the country, using ECTOTECT software simulate on the computer to optimized the planning is feasibility and doing the positive effects.
