  • Abstract
    This paper studies the testability system structure, hierarchy partition, test mode and engineering method of digital nuclear power plant. Putting forward the module testability programming method based on system function division and the testability model design based on multi-signal model, improved the information fusion efficiency of the instrument control system for nuclear power plant.
