Abstract :
The contact resistance is the key factor influencing the performance of slip-ring, which seriously affects the reliability of the signal transmission. This paper describes the design of a multi-channel, small-signal, high precision automatic test system (ATS) for slip-ring contact resistance measurement, and it has been used in the production of slip-ring at factory.
