Abstract :
According to the industrialized developing trend of in deep-processing field of agriculture products, this paper researched the relevant cutting process and developed related cutting process equipment, especially the research and development on process principles, equipment structure, control methods and applicability. Meanwhile, initial conception and expectation about subsequent development and industrializing application are presented through development, practical application and evaluation on some typical equipment. The practical applications have indicated that the products, both the straight-cut cutting machine and the centrifugal cutting machine, are high transmission efficiency, high manufacturing yield, low energy as well as broad market prospect.
