Abstract :
The measurement method based on single structured light does not meet the need of the stability of high precision. In order to acquire the more information of the seam, a new method for geometric size measurement based on dual linear structured light is introduced in this paper. This method is based on the triangulation principle. The system consists of a CCD camera and two laser projectors. We present a method for distinguishing two laser lines by the modulated image and introduce how to calculate the width of the seam based on two laser lines. Through experiments, the precision of this method is less than 0.05 mm, and the stability is higher.
