This paper analyzes the relationship between population health and urbanization, takes environment as an intermediate. The development of urbanization enormously benefits China´s economic and social development, but brings great pressures to environment and produces a series of environmental problems, too. This paper qualitatively analyzes hazards of environmental pollution to population health, quantitatively analyzes the relationship between the development of urbanization and the level of environment, points out countermeasures and suggestions which urbanization and population health can be developed harmoniously.
