As we know, Ca was essential for pollen germination and growth by a large number of studies. In this study, non-invasive micro-test technique was used to test Ca2+ Influx during pollen germination and tube growth of Picea wilsonii. The results illustrated that Ca2+ showed outflow trends at 3h, 6h and 24h after pollen incubation in suitable solution, however Ca2+ showed internal flow trends at 12h, 15h and 21h, Ca2+ showed balance trends at 9h and 18h.
