Abstract :
In the paper direct radar signals and by rain medium scattered radar signals are considered. An algorithm for such analysis, use rain normalized volumetric scattering cross section area and attenuation coefficient, is proposed. Summarized scattered by rain medium radar signal can reach a half of direct radar signal, calculated use attenuation coefficient only.
