Abstract
The Tevatron Collider at Fermilab, whose last run ended September 30th 2011, delivered over the last decade an integrated luminosity of 12 fb-1. The CDF Run II Silicon Detector has thus been exposed to intense radiation exceeding the original detector design endurance of 3 fb-1. Radiation damage effects suffered by the sensors over its very fruitful -in physics output terms - life are reviewed.
