Abstract :
Telemetry and telecontrol system mathematical model created and probed, than real debugging model that contain microcontroller and other difficult circuits made. These real models help remove software failures and hardware failings. Thus, after a few steps of tests it is possible to get the well-functioned system. Offered in this work, method of speed-up development with minimum expenses approved at practical developments.
