Abstract :
In this paper the expressions for computation of the insertion loss and isolation of microwave single pole multi-throw (SPMT) switch are produced. Such boundary values of these parameters can be achieved for the device with given type of switching elements and their connection circuit. It is indicated on reasons which can limit the SPMT switch frequency band, and the method of it boundaries determination is proposed.
