Abstract :
New design method on curved channel of sintering machine is presented through the existing questions in traditional sintering machine, new curved channel shape is established, and deduces curve expressions of each arc in front and back curved channels. Parameterized design method of curved channel is researched based on Unigraphics NX (UG) software, realizes one-step forming for multi-curves, improves curved channel design efficiency and quality markedly, achieves parameterized design for the curved channel of diversified dimensions, and can provide an exact three-dimensional solid model for following dynamic analysis of sintering machine such as finite element method (FEM) analysis and multi-rigid body kinematics simulation.
