Abstract
Thermally stimulated conductivity and thermally stimulated depolarization current measurements have been used to study local states in the forbidden gap of PbO0, α-Bi2O3 and Bi6Pb2O11. The results are discussed in relation to the positional lattice disorder which is a characteristic feature of all the three compounds
