  • Abstract
    The key problem of the design of frequency meter is to how to rise to measure frequency precision, this paper put forward a high accuracy and wide frequency band frequency meter design based on FPGA and SOPC technical according to each shortcoming of equal precision measurement and absolutely synchronization frequency measurement. Nios II CPU flexibly chooses measure frequency method according to the phase coincidence condition of measured signal and standard signal. At the same time, it is rapid to measure, little error to calculate, making the frequency meter flexible to control, integrated degree high, stable and reliable.
