Abstract
This article describes cooperation methods of object oriented applications with relational databases. Currently there exist many technologies supporting object-relational mapping (ORM) for J2EE technology. The authors made comparison of three popular ones: Hibernate, JPOX and JPA in case of their performance and learning speed.
