Abstract :
In this paper combinatorial schemes of control permutation blocks are considered. Some problems of detection and localization of faults in off-line mode have been solved. In particular, The results obtained establish high bounds for complexity of fault checking and localization in off-line mode for a wide class of hardwire implementations of high-speed block ciphers.
