  • Abstract
China´s municipal water is lack of organic carbon sources, which greatly affects the treatment of the biological nutrient removal system. Technological effect of different hydrolysis-acidification process was compared and studied in this paper, taking municipal sewage as influent. The results showed that VFA, C/N and C/P of effluent from vertical-flow hydrolysis-acidification tank were greatly increased, which could improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Two high efficient hydrolysis-acidification bacteria strains A and B were isolated from vertical-flow hydrolysis-acidification tank, which was identified as facultative anaerobic fermentation Escherichia and Enterobacteria, and SCOD were increased by 50.79% and 67.13%, respectively.
