Abstract
A microwave interferometric radiometer on the basis of the supersynthesis was proposed before for Earth remote sensing. The authors showed the possibility of the imaging with fine resolution by the radiometer using small antennas. They planned to make a field experimental model and made a conceptual design of the radiometer. Besides, rotational scanning is investigated for simplicity as a method of preliminary field experiment instead of the linear-scanning which is realistic for the practical use with a vehicle. The microwave images by both linear and rotational scanning are shown. Two scanning methods are compared with each other from the viewpoint of spatial resolution to show the possibility as a substituting way of scanning used for the test
