Abstract :
Injection molding PA66 and HA/PA66 composites were shearing deformed by means of Equal Channel Angular Extrusion technology. The diversification of microstructure and mechanical properties of PA66 and HA/PA66 composites before and after extrusion were studied using SEM (scanning electron microscope),DSC(differential scanning calorimetr) and Electronic Tensile Testing Machine. As a results, orientation microstructure into a definite angle with extrusion direction were formed in PA66 and HA/PA66 composites, the melting point and melting energy of PA66 and HA/PA66 composites were increased with different extent, tensile strength were improved but elongation rate were decreased.
