Abstract
A Center for Electronic Design Automation (CEDA) has been created at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The driving force behind the establishment of the center was a desire to integrate modern electronic hardware and its associated design software into the electronics curriculum. The authors discuss the progress that has been made towards this objective
