Abstract :
This paper mainly studies the solving method for the design of a vibrating screen according to the integrated optimal way. The vibrating screen by the way of different integrated optimal method is designed to adopt k mean-square-root envelope function to reduce and smooth multi-constrains and use penalty function method to transform multi-constrains into the model without restraint. For solving the movement parameters of the vibrating screen by the different integrated optimal method, the comparison analysis indicates that adopting genetic algorithm to integrate chaos optimization method has some advantages of higher computation efficiency and design accuracy. This integrated method is a powerful technique to solve larger-scale nonlinear programming problems.
