Abstract :
A machine tool fault diagnosis system was developed using the virtual instrument technology, which can realize online monitoring and off-line fault diagnosis function. The system used piezoelectric accelerometer BZ1185 to collect gearbox vibration signals, and then was upload computer by data acquisition card AMPCI-9111. Using the labview virtual instrument technology development platform to built a complete diagnostic system with the parameters data library, fault data logging library, fault diagnosis knowledge library, real-time monitoring and diagnosis. Cepstrum and wavelet were used in the CQ9145 Gearbox to analyze its vibration signals, which has greatly enhanced diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
