Abstract :
This paper researched the investment decision-making at the earlier stage of the environment protection construction project and introduced three methods which could be helpful to the management of investment decision-making of these kinds of projects. The first method is to improve the scientificalness of the decision-making procedure. The second method is to improve the application of the system analysis method and the equilibrium analysis of the project stakeholder. The third method is to improve the information system application of the environment protection construction project investment decision-making. Furthermore, this paper provided a C2R model which based on the DEA method to evaluate the scientificalness of the investment decision-making of the environment protection construction project.
