Abstract
This paper presents a new result of stability analysis for neural networks with interval time-varying delays. A less conservative stability criterion is established by constructing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and introducing some free weighting matrices. Numerical examples show that the proposed criterion is effective and is an improvement over some existing results in the literature.
