  • Abstract
    Using of XML application for microfluidic devices description is proposed in this paper. XML format for description of FMEMS construction and MM of FMEMS-devices is presented in current work, which allows effectively organize automated modeling and design processes. Designed XMML data format differs from available XML format with adding base mathematical operation: summing, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, In, exp, sin, cos. All of that allows creating library of MEMS MM, which allows performing analysis of different FMEMS devices constructions with different actuation types.
