Abstract :
There is a problem of computing time-consuming longer in video remote monitoring system, the System uses a new modified fast motion estimation algorithm which effectively improves video monitor real-time. And it uses the cloud storage technology to solve mass video data storage problem, the embedded Linux operating system is designed based on ARM9 processor combined with GPRS technologies, and it realizes image acquisition, streaming video efficient compression, storage, wireless network transmission. Experiments show that the algorithm in the system has good performance, scheme is feasible.
