Abstract :
For the mass moment missile in-atmosphere, the principle of moving mass control has been studied with the purpose of finding the major factors that influence attitude motions. On this base, a layout of moving mass and aerodynamic rudder, along with a relative compound control system has been given. The feature of the control system is that the attitude control depends on the joint action of axial moving mass and aerodynamic force. Therefore the coordination control law of more moving masses is not necessary, the coupling between different channels is decreased, the layout design and the servo system design are simplified. Computer simulation has shown the compound control system is suitable for the typical trajectory flying.
