Abstract :
Summary form only given. Coulomb correlation between excitons created by co-circular polarization, /spl sigma//sup -///spl sigma//sup -/, have been extensively investigated. Here we compare four-wave mixing (FWM) experiments performed with linear polarization both parallel (/spl par/) and perpendicular (/spl perp/). In this case excitons, (X), of both spin are generated, bound biexcitons, (X/sub 2/) can be generated, but exciton-exchange is not active in the (/spl perp/)-configuration whereas the full Coulomb correlation acts in the (/spl par/)-configuration.
