Abstract :
The design is the completion of the design and implementation of the monitoring database based on "quasi-real-time integrated monitoring system of marine environment of the Bohai Sea", prepared a special security configuration script, realized the two data server to back up each other, served continually after only a few seconds and switched automatically when failure occurred, avoided single point of failure and allowed monitoring after a single failure of the marine environment in real-time database system.
