Abstract :
Describes the design and implementation of a 600000 transistor ASIC designed using standard cells, to be used in the next generation of the Ray-casting Machine. The authors present a new redundancy scheme with testing methodology that allows one to build, test, and reconfigure for increased yield a large array of identical processors
