  • Abstract
    The polarization errors of optical system restricts the accuracy of current sensor immensely. The expressions of Sagnac fiber-optic current sensor (FOCS) was launched, through the establishment of Jones matrices of each device. The theoretical analysis and simulation research was done considering the docking error, the phase delay error of Quarter-Waveplate and the concurrence of docking error and phase delay error of Quarter-Waveplate for the system. The result showed that The docking error and the concurrence of docking error and phase delay error of Quarter-Waveplate only made the measuring value smaller than the true value, the only phase delay error made the measuring value smaller or larger in different condition.
