  • Abstract
    The Can-Bus is widely used in industry control, but it can not be directly connected with the Internet. Meanwhile, Security is critical to exchange data between the two networks. In this work, we have designed a gateway to solve the problem. We have designed hardware based on arm and focus on the design of the Can-Bus interface. The embedded Linux and Appweb are transplanted in the gateway. We then write the CGI scripts to realize protocol conversion and present a comprehensive analysis of the SSL protocol. At last, we test the gateway in a remote meter reading system and the result shows that it runs well. We believe that this solution will be widely used in industry control, intelligent home and remote meter reading system.
