  • Abstract
    Traditional clutch design method adopts “design-preproduction-test” process, which not only spends large manpower, money, and design time, but also there is some dangerous test in this design method. The paper built automobile clutch virtual simulation design system platform according to the automobile clutch design and manufacturing process, the platform adopt numerical functional prototype model technology, can built the clutch assembly virtual simulation model, the model can simulate the clutch´s working process, and complete kinds of virtual test of comprehensive performance criterion of clutch, reappeared the problems in clutch working process.
