Abstract :
Based on the background of multi-rope friction hoisting transport system and the factual loading of hoisting skip as the object monitored, a practical and economic monitoring system scheme has been put forward, which is not only capable of monitoring the factual loading of hoisting skip but also can detect the quantity of unloaded coal left in hoisting skip after the process of unloading expediently, timely predicting overloading phenomenon and powerfully guaranteeing coal mine production safety.
