Abstract :
Faults such as without cooling when processing, chuck could not clamp work pieces and turret without rotation were presented in CNC machine tools in this paper. Make use of PLC status display information diagnosis machine tool fault can get rid of fault rapidly and effectively. Practice has proved that it is an effective method to use PLC diagnosed fault.
