Abstract :
Software outsourcing corporation is a kind of emergent Hi-Tech corporations. It is now emerging with an astonishing speed and amount. Through interviews with top-5 software outsourcing corporations in Jiangsu, this essay sums up key points and difficulties of constraining the development of software industry in Jiangsu Province based on case study. It also explores reasons of major problems in the development of software outsourcing in Jiangsu based on policy study.
