Abstract :
On the basis of studying the components and the dynamic peculiarities of rolling force control system in a 1500 skin pass mill, a mathematical model was established. The trend term is extracted from original signal using the wavelet multi-scale analysis, most noise signal was deleted, and the data suitable for system identification are obtained. Based on the data the characteristic parameters were identified by least square method and the result of identification was verified.
