Abstract
This paper presents a study of technological cooperation in the European framework centers on networks in which university-industry liaison offices created by the EU program COMETT (Community European Technology Training Program) take part. The latter set up a network of over 200 entities, known as University-Enterprise Training Partnerships (UETP), whose objective was to manage EU projects in technological training. These institutions since their creation in 1986 have continued to be very dynamic with regard to their participation in EU projects
