Abstract
This paper deals with power factor correction of single phase and three phase unbalanced loads using a multilevel inverter circuit. We propose the utilization of single phase, multilevel diode clamped voltage source inverters (VSI) with large capacitors for energy storage. Simulation and experimental results are presented
